Aerated concrete cutting machine MCS-500 BELMASH

BELMASH MCS-500 -- the 2024 new addition to the range of chain masonry saws.

Designed for fast, efficient and precise cutting of gas silicate,

aerated concrete, foam concrete and expanded clay concrete blocks.

The saw belongs to the category of professional construction and finishing

equipment and is designed for use on construction sites, in workshops,

and for private construction.

With appropriate adjustment, the saw performs:

- Straight cut

- Rebate cut (quarter cut)

- Angle cut using the fence

- Manufacturing of U-blocks

**Features**

  It is only necessary to unfold the supports into the working position,

  install the bar and chain.

**Design**

Operating principle --- chain cutting machine with a fixed cutting unit

and a movable work table. The machine's cutting tool is a vertically mounted

bar with a chain. The chain is special --- with carbide tips.

The unused part of the bar is covered by a height-adjustable guard

mounted on a bracket. The standard bar has a length of 20 inches,

chain 3/8 inch, 72 links.

The 2000 W asynchronous electric motor is designed for intermittent duty

cycle S6-40%, which is optimal for construction tasks. Direct drive without

belts or gearboxes ensures a stable cutting speed of 3.2 m/s at 2850 rpm,

high reliability and minimal power loss.

Switching on and off is done using the button on the control panel,

located on the work table, to the right of the fence. Oil drip lubrication

via a solenoid valve starts automatically when the motor is turned on.

This system ensures reliable chain lubrication, reduces friction and

minimizes wear of working elements.

The work table, measuring 972×660 mm, is equipped with a fence with a cutting

angle adjustment from −45° to +45°. The workpiece is fed by moving the table

along the bar using special handles on the fence.

Maximum table load --- 50 kg, work table stroke --- 635 mm.

The distance from the stand to the guide bar is 330 mm, which is convenient

for working with standard construction blocks.

The equivalent and maximum sound levels in cutting mode are 80 dBA and

90 dBA, respectively.

The machine's design allows for easy transport and storage. When folded,

the saw will easily fit in a passenger car. Its dimensions are

1120×705×360 mm (L×W×H). The weight of this model does not exceed 75 kg.

Polyurethane wheels ensure easy movement around the construction site,

including uneven surfaces.

With additional equipment, the MCS-500 with an enlarged bar and chain

can manufacture full-size U-blocks up to 630 mm in size. In its basic

configuration, the machine allows processing material up to 400 mm in height.
