The tool/equipment is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase, provided that the warranty card is available. The warranty excludes damage caused by natural wear and tear, overload or improper handling.
The warranty does not apply to accessories (drills, chisels, cutting and sharpening wheels, brushes, compression rings, straps and grease).
Warranty defects are eliminated free of charge by repair, within no more than 14 calendar days from the date of delivery for repair, in accordance with the Law on the
Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Moldova, Art. No. 13, paragraph 1.
Claims are recognized only if the tool/equipment is provided to the warranty workshop in an unassembled form.
The warranty period is extended by the period from the date of delivery of the tool/equipment for repair until the date of issuance of the repaired tool/equipment to the owner.


The warranty is not provided in the following cases:


  • · no purchase documents, manufacturer's passport and warranty card
  • · Expiration of the warranty period;
  • · the purchase document does not apply to this product;
  • · the purchase document was made after the purchase;
  • · the tool/equipment is provided disassembled or with traces of independent opening


List of visible damages that exclude the possibility of warranty repairs:


  • · bent spindle;
  • · pressed-in power-on lock;
  • · severe external or internal contamination;
  • · rust on parts;
  • · traces of exposure to high temperatures or open flame;
  • · external damage to the case;
  • · uniform discoloration of the anchor and winding;
  • · parts are completely worn out as a result of intensive use;
  • · lack of or insufficient lubrication in tools for which oil filling by the consumer is provided for in the service instructions;
  • · damage resulting from the use of accessories from other manufacturers or accessories not intended for this product;
  • · damage resulting from the use of dull cutting and drilling surfaces, which entails increased load on the product;
  • · other damage caused by overload or insufficient ventilation;
