Privacy policy
Zorte Company Tresna SRL , the
operator of the website www.zorte.md, declares that all personal data collected
through the website www.zorte.md are processed in accordance with Regulation
(EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on
the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal
data and on the free movement of such data, and amending and repealing Council
Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
Zorte Tresna SRL respects the
rights of its clients to process their personal data when using the website in
accordance with current legislation in this area.
§ 1
Categories of processed data, purpose and legal basis
ZORTE Company TRESNA SRL collects personal data in the following cases:
a)
registration of an account on the website (personal account) and its subsequent
management. The legal basis is that data processing is necessary for the
performance of the contract with the data subject and the free provision of
services (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR);
b) placing an
order on the website. The legal basis is the need to fulfill the sales contract
(Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR);
c)
subscription to a newsletter, the content of which is provided electronically.
The legal basis is the consent of the data subject to the processing of his
personal data for the provision of the Newsletter service (Article 6, paragraph
1, letter a) of the GDPR);
d) The
telephone number may be used for both service messages (order confirmation,
delivery, technical notifications) and promotional messages about www.zorte.md products and campaigns . The customer may object at any time to the processing of their data for marketing
purposes (including SMS ) by
contacting us using the contact information provided on the website; in this
case , the number

§ 2 Access
and processing time of personal data
1. Personal
data is transferred to service providers within Zorte Tresna SRL

cookies

small text files called cookies. They are stored by Zorte Tresna SRL
on the device from which the user
accesses the online store. The cookie contains the source domain name, its
expiration date, and a unique, randomly generated number for this file.
The
information collected using these files helps the shopping cart function
correctly (for quick and easy order completion), the correct personalization of
advertising content, and the overall operation of the site.
Zorte Tresna SRL may collect

§ 4 Clients'
Rights
1. Right to
withdraw consent. Legal basis: Article 7(3) of the GDPR.

has the right to revoke any consent given to Zorte Tresna SRL

but may hinder further use of the services or their functioning.
2. Right to
object. Legal basis: Article 21 of the GDPR.
a) At any
time, the client has the right to object to the processing of his personal
data, including profiling, if Zorte Tresna SRL uses personal
data for direct marketing;
b) If the customer's objection is considered justified and Zorte Tresna SRL
has no other legal basis for
processing personal data, the client's data will be deleted from the database.
3. Right to
erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”). Legal basis: Article 17 of the GDPR.
a) The Client
has the right to request the deletion of all or some personal data;
b) The Client has the right to request the deletion of personal data in the
following cases:
a. the
personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were
collected or processed;
b. the data subject withdraws consent on the basis of which the data is
processed; c. the data subject objects to the use of their data for marketing
purposes; d. the personal data are processed unlawfully; e. the personal data
must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation under Union law or the

4. The right

The client
has the right to request restriction of the processing of their personal data.

5. Right to
access data. Legal basis: Article 15 of the GDPR.
The client

The client
has the right to request the operator to correct inaccurate personal data.
Taking into account the processing purposes, the client has the right to
request the completion of incomplete personal data, including the provision of
a supplementary statement, by sending a request to the email address specified
in §7 of the Privacy Policy.
7. Right to
data portability. Legal basis: Article 20 GDPR.
The client
has the right to obtain their personal data provided to the operator and
transfer it to another operator of their choice. The operator will provide the
